Exploration! This week will be a good time to expand your world. Like the butterfly flitting from flower to flower, take some time to venture out and see something new. Too hot for you? Meditation is a great way to explore our inner selves without stepping foot out the door. Start with a visualization... Imagine yourself as that butterfly, see the meadow of brightly colored flowers, smell the blossom's scent and feel the breeze. What do you see in the field? What do you feel as the butterfly? Is there anyone there with you? Does this person or being have a message for you?
