Oracle Card of the Week December 30th 2010

This Week's Oracle Card: Power of Joy
Maitraya: "The Buddha renowned for his compassion & generosity, also known as Hotei ."

"To find your desire outcome, follow the path of joy. Your life's purpose is supported by the joy and passion you feel when you're thinking about or working on your purpose. The joy that you feel within relationships keeps them alive, exciting, and growing. The joy that comes from your hobbies gives you extra energy. Of all the emotions, joy has the highest energy vibration. Joy has the power to remove obstacles and attract all of your needs. Joy reminds us that we needn't suffer at all. We can fulfill our purpose, help ourselves and others, and heal through the power of joy.

Working with Maitraya: (who is also called Hotie, Laughing Buddha and Lord Maitraya) is the familiar image of the smiling and rotund Buddha. His name means "the loving one." He lived as a Buddhist monk who was renowned for his compassion and generosity. Some Buddhists believe that Maitraya is the "future Buddha" who will succeed Siddhartha Gautama as the next Buddha. Call upon Maitraya to increase your happiness and joy."

As we send off 2010 and welcome in 2011 let's resolve to follow our path of joy!
Stay tuned, the first Oracle of 2011 will have insights for the year to come.

Oracle Card of the Week December 22nd 2010

This Week's Oracle Card: Truth & Integrity
Truth & Integrity: "Be true to yourself in all of your activities & actions."

"You are guided to be very honest with yourself, and to be true to yourself in all of your activities and actions.

The angels say to you, "Let go of anything inauthentic, and all activities that do not mirror your highest intentions for yourself." If something in your life isn't working, be willing to release it to God and the angels.

When we open our hands and release unhealthful situations, the Divine light can enter. Miracles always follow when we surrender troubling conditions. You'll find that the job, relationship, health issue, or other circumstance heals rapidly in ways that you could never have imagined. All along the way, the angels will perfectly guide you to actions that will either help you replace the situation with something better, or heal it entirely. Expect a miracle when you decide to "be true to you.
"

Wishing you a truly blessed holiday!

Oracle Card of the Week December 13th 2010

This Week's Oracle Card: Earth Angel
Earth Angel: "You are a light worker who has come to Earth to teach about love."

"This card comes to you in response to the question about your life's purpose. The answer is: Teach about love. You fulfill this task whenever you're centered, serene, and loving, as that's when you're a role model of Divine peace. You needn't say a word, write a book, or work as a healer in order to positively affect others. You merely need to be loving and compassionate in your interactions with others. Those who are peaceful teach about peace, which is the expression of Divine love on Earth.

You also received this card to help you cope with alienation issues, which means feeling different from others or that you don't belong. As an Earth angel, this may be one of your first human incarnations. But don't worry, for you're never truly alone. The angels are always with you, guiding, loving and unconditionally accepting you as you are. There are also other Earth angels living among you, who have similar backgrounds and experiences to your own. Ask your guardian angels to connect you with like-minded friends, and they will."

Spread your light this week to friends, family & strangers alike!

For those interested, we have a full moon coming next Tuesday the 21st. This is also a Lunar Eclipse and it is the Winter Solstice. Don't forget to bid her good evening =).

Love, Light & Many Blessings to you,

Oracle Card of the Week December 2nd 2010

This Week's Oracle Card: Base Chakra
Base Chakra: "Choose only positive thoughts to describe your home, career, and finances"

"This card indicates that you're focused on your material needs... It's imperative that you use only positive words and phrases to describe your current situation. Affirm your desires as already being reality, and avoid worry--or any discussion that casts you in a "victim" role.

The base chakra (also called the root chakra) is located at the bottom of your spinal column, it is the energy center that governs your feelings about your material needs...

Since every worry is prayer, you draw to yourself what you worry about. Notice your worries and replace them with affirmations."

Tuesday, December 7th 6:00pm-7:30pm
In this class we will learn how to use candle magic to manage stress in a positive way and how to heal yourself and others with candle magic. We will do one healing candle ritual together in class (bring your own holder if you like.) Everyone in the class will receive two candles, one for our in class exercise and one for our "homework," and a stone appropriate for each spell.

We will do a quick review of Candle Magic 101... no one shall be left behind.

The cost for this class is $10.00 each. Hope to see you there!

Hope this finds you well and smiling! Take a moment this week to send loving energy to your root/base chakra. Imagine yourself inhaling and sending healing light to the base of your spine. See and feel a huge ball of ruby red light glowing with in you. Take a moment to do this every time you find your thoughts turning to worries.

Many Blessings,

Oracle Card of the Week December 8th 2010

This Week's Oracle Card: Lake, Stillness
Lake, Stillness: "It is critical for you to seek stillness & clear your mind."

"The subdued pastels of the early morning light quietly announce that the night is over and the sun is rising. The lake itself has not awakened from its rest and remains still and undisturbed. It welcomes the coming day, ready to respond with grace and fluidity to whatever currents and movements appear... all is at rest in this scene.

It is in the deep, internal stillness that we find our Being and come to know that we are intimately united with all of Creation. To achieve this mind set, we must slow down once in a while and get away from surroundings that interfere and distract our inner tranquility."

Good Day to you! Ahhh, stillness, how we all need it!

A wonderful way to slow the mind chatter and enter that stillness is through conscious breathing. Take deep breathes in through your nose and feel it all the way down into your belly. Deep breathing like this will release endorphins and help your entire body to relax.
